Delivery & Installation Policy

MyEnergy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd operates on a quotation and proposal basis. At present, we do not process direct online checkout or shipping payments through this website.

Delivery, installation, commissioning, and related logistics for energy-storage systems, hybrid inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, EV chargers, solar add-ons, and accessories will be confirmed in the official quotation, proforma invoice, or agreement issued for each customer project.

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery and installation support across Sri Lanka, subject to product availability, site location, logistics access, and project scope. Delivery or project support outside Sri Lanka, including Maldives, will be handled only where separately agreed in writing.

Delivery Timelines

Any delivery or installation timeline provided is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing. Timelines may be affected by product availability, customs clearance, transport conditions, weather, site readiness, customer approvals, electrical requirements, and third-party contractor availability.

Installation & Site Readiness

Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information and ensuring reasonable access for inspection, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning. Additional electrical work, civil work, roof work, cabling, protection devices, permits, or site modifications may be quoted separately where required.

Delivery Charges

Delivery, installation, commissioning, and transport charges are not fixed through this website. Any applicable charges will be stated in the official quotation or invoice issued for the customer’s specific requirement.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If any item appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please notify MyEnergy as soon as possible. Claims may require inspection, photographs, product serial numbers, delivery records, and verification by MyEnergy, the supplier, installer, or manufacturer.
