Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyEnergy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (company no. PV 00362432), Sri Lanka operates primarily on a quotation basis. Individual products can also be purchased directly through this website using Shopify's secure checkout.

Deposit protection: the 75-day installation guarantee

Reserve your system with a 30% deposit and we will complete your installation within 75 days of receiving it. If we do not install within 75 days, you receive a full refund of your deposit. Days lost to delays on the customer side, such as site access or approvals we are waiting on from you, extend the window by the same number of days.

Online product purchases

For products bought directly through the website checkout, contact us before dispatch to cancel for a full refund. After delivery, returns are reviewed case by case, considering product condition, installation status and manufacturer terms. Faulty items are handled under warranty.

Quotations

Requesting a quote or using our configurator places you under no obligation and involves no payment. You may decline a proposal at any time at no cost.

Orders placed under a proposal

Where you proceed with a system, the cancellation, deposit and refund terms are set out in the written proposal and agreement you sign for that order. Because systems are sized specifically for your site, deposit and cancellation terms reflect equipment that has been ordered or work that has begun on your behalf.

Faulty equipment

Defective hardware is handled under the warranty terms confirmed in your quotation and our Warranty page.
