Up to 10-year warranty on eligible EAST ESS packages. Coverage and terms are confirmed in your official quotation.

MyEnergy supplies, installs and supports eligible EAST energy storage systems in Sri Lanka. Warranty coverage depends on the selected inverter, battery, ESS package and installation scope. Your official quotation and invoice will confirm the covered components and warranty terms. Where included, the standard EAST manufacturer warranty is up to 10 years on the inverter and battery; solar panels carry a 30-year linear performance warranty. Your quotation confirms what applies to your package.

EV chargers, Solar panels, Cabling, DB work, Breakers, Civil work, Third-party components, Damage from misuse, lightning, water ingress outside IP rating, unauthorised installation, or grid events beyond equipment protection limits.
