10-year warranty on eligible EAST ESS packages. Final warranty terms and covered components will be confirmed in your official quotation.
MyEnergy supplies, installs and supports eligible EAST energy storage systems in Sri Lanka. Coverage depends on the selected inverter, battery, ESS package and installation scope. Your official quotation and invoice will confirm the covered components and warranty terms.
What may be covered
- Eligible EAST ESS packages listed in the official quotation
- EAST inverters and batteries listed in your quotation
- MyEnergy installation workmanship, where included in the quotation
- Monitoring and support setup, where applicable
Not automatically included unless stated in quotation
- EV chargers
- Solar panels
- Cabling, DB work, breakers and civil work
- Third-party components
- Damage from misuse, lightning, water ingress outside IP rating, unauthorised installation, or grid events beyond equipment protection limits
Keeping your warranty valid
- Installation and commissioning by MyEnergy or an approved installer
- Operating within the product rated conditions
- Monitoring connection maintained where applicable
