How it works

2. Free site survey, we assess your supply, roof and load profile
3. Formal proposal, a clear, itemised quotation with the final price
4. Installation & commissioning, professional install, tested and commissioned
5. Handover & support, app set-up, walkthrough and ongoing after-sales support

Payment and the 75-day installation guarantee

Reserve your system with a 30% deposit and pay the 70% balance on installation. Your deposit is protected: we complete your installation within 75 days of receiving the deposit, or you receive a full refund of it. Days lost to delays on the customer side, such as site access or approvals we are waiting on from you, extend the window by the same number of days. Exact terms are set out in your proposal.
