These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website of MyEnergy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (company no. PV 00362432), Sri Lanka ("MyEnergy", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

About this website

MyEnergy is the Authorised EAST Group ESS Distributor for Sri Lanka and the Maldives, supplying EAST Group energy-storage products. This website is for information, to request a quotation, and to purchase individual products directly through Shopify's secure checkout. Full systems and installations are quoted after a free site assessment. Savings figures shown are indicative estimates only.

Quotations, savings estimates & site assessment

Savings, payback and system recommendations from our configurator are indicative estimates. Actual figures depend on your tariff, usage, roof, battery use and future electricity prices. A binding proposal and final price are provided only after a free on-site assessment. Our model is based on self-consumption, peak-shaving and backup.

Orders & pricing

Any order proceeds under a separate written proposal issued after the site assessment. Prices in a proposal are valid for the period stated in that proposal. System orders are reserved with a 30% deposit, with the 70% balance payable on installation. Your deposit is protected by our 75-day installation guarantee: if we do not complete your installation within 75 days of receiving the deposit, you receive a full refund of it. Days lost to delays on the customer side, such as site access or approvals we are waiting on from you, extend the window by the same number of days.

Warranty & installation

10-year warranty on eligible EAST ESS packages. Final warranty terms and covered components are confirmed in your official quotation. Workmanship and installation terms are set out in your proposal and our Warranty page.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to MyEnergy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website and its estimates are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MyEnergy is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative figures before a formal proposal is issued.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
